Oban Bay

August Bank Holiday Monday - well the banks were closed, at least!
Had to go into Oban to return library books so took the camera and decided to "be a tourist". Took these pictures as a very full 4pm ferry to Mull was leaving.

Harvest Time




Walked around the garden to see if any blackberries were ready yet - only a few were. But I found a few windfalls from the apple and pear trees. The rowan berries are looking good, and no doubt the birds will enjoy them.
